Career SummaryNicole has over 20 years experience in human resource management, in both operational and site environments. With experience gained across many industries in both the public and private sector, Nicole has worked in a senior advisory capacity across numerous HR functions, both as an in-house professional and an independent consultant. Nicole has assisted executive organisations in the areas of with organisational design, international merger and acquisition activities, and the development and implementation of HR strategy. Nicole also has broad practical experience in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes for newly developed HR functions. Nicole has developed and facilitated numerous training activities in a wide range of areas including corporate induction, communication, employee surveys, compliance training and performance management systems. In addition to a Business degree in Human Resources Management, Nicole holds a Master of Business (Communication Studies).
